すべてのレビューを表示She is very knowledgeable about Pilates. A lot of times instructors tell you what to do, but they don't tell you the benefits of why you're doing a certain exercise. This is not my first class of hers, but because of her I will definitely be back.

すべてのレビューを表示Really appreciate how nice everyone here is. I had some parking trouble as I had not been in this area before and they were super helpful and super patient!! The workout was pretty intense, but I expected it based on what other reviewers said. Plenty of modifications possible. Lots of different exercises I’ve never done before even after 200+ classes. There’s not too many mat pilates classes so I hope to return. This is the type of place I’d actually get a membership at.

If you are lucky you will meet the studio manager Strawberry. She is the cutest manager ever. She definitely made my day.

すべてのレビューを表示This is the best Zumba class in Miami, hands down! The choreography was easy to learn and great for cardio. The instructor always does a somewhat ‘simplified’ version of the sequence so you can ease into it, and then adds complexity once he feels most of class got a hang of it. It is great for newcomers, and more experienced people can embellish and explore if they feel like it. I was sweating by the end of the warm up, but the energy of the class won’t let you stop dancing!

I can’t believe how much we learned in such a short time! Dance Flow has a beautiful studio and everyone is so friendly! They even greeted us with espressos when we arrived. すべてのレビューを表示Blair is an amazing teacher! she brought enthusiastic vibes to the entire class and progressed the learning very smoothly and clearly, making my first ever dance class an extremely enjoyable and active time! she did a great job gauging where the class was at and bringing up the appropriate technique tips accordingly. theres nothing better than pure fun while working out, and the various moves we learned could be combined creativity im many ways as we take into our own practice or on the dance floor. I wont speak for others but I felt the entire class was synced up and everyone was having a good time - I felt very supportive to just be myself and learn! very positive vibes and as a first time dancer I walked away feeling confident to practice the 4-5 different moves we learned - would recommend for any and all!
