I was worried about some of the negative feedback, but I found for my first reformer class that the music was not to loud (I hate when small studios blast music and put the instructor on a mic). The instructor was very clear and provided feedback/guidance as needed. Very limited parking so be sure to get there early if you have to find street parking and walk. I showed up right at the class start time and thankfully was not turned away! I would suggest, unless this place does offers beginner classes, making sure you have some reformer classes under your belt. I’ve been doing reformer classes for two or three years at Align, so jumping into a new class here was seamless for me. I appreciate they have reformer classes on ClassPass! I’ll be back.

すべてのレビューを表示Such a fun time! I took the belly dancing class and it was a small group. The had little jingle skirts to wear on our hips. The steps were taught slowly and then the speed increased. Then we got to take a video of our routine which they sent to us. Definitely recommend 10/10!

I wore boots and jeans, which was fine, but class members had on jeans or leggings and tennis shoes so it's really "come as you are". I will go back again and hopefully get better at the steps. Haha.

すべてのレビューを表示This was such a fun class! We learned Salsa on 2 with two really sweet instructors that gave us great tips and cues and made the overall experience so fun. I went without a partner which worked out because we rotate anyways. This was my first salsa on 2 class and it was a blast. They also had munchkins which was such a cute little thing. Definitely bring water and comfy clothes :)

I was still able to take the class and it was great. Lots of energy. Don’t underestimate the older ladies taking the body pump class as well.

Just a heads up, the incredible instructor will ask you to switch partners so if you go with your partner or friend, you might be asked to switch dance partners. I’m highly socially anxious and was not comfortable at all with that. My wife and I remained partners the whole time and no one blinked an eye. We’ll be back!
