すべてのレビューを表示I will always say that Kelle is an amazing instructor with the warmest personality. Her flow is fantastic and anyone can follow her from beginners to veterans. She focuses on form and the importance of how each part comes together to build a stronger version of yourself. If you want to spice it up, add an extra challenge or weight, if you want to take it easier then she’ll show you alternative option but still an effective workout. The studio is clean and fantastic, and you’ll be in for treat in any class.

I was feeling sick and also exhausted from doing full body workouts from previous days (on top of having multiple disk herniations). I have previous experience with dancing. Even then, it takes me time to learn some movements I’ve never done before. I fell behind, but the class and instructor’s energy and motivation kept me going!

I found the studio by looking for the number that matches the address because there are multiple businesses in the same sort of building. I plan to come back and check out another class!

It was low stress, the instructor was wonderful, and the choreography wasn’t too difficult to follow along with.
