すべてのレビューを表示This was my first endurance class, and it was definitely a challenge! But the supportive and encouraging atmosphere makes you feel like you’re doing great, no matter how slow you’re going. I really appreciated that Marla checked in to see if I was okay when I needed a break. I’m hoping to find a way to make this class a regular part of my routine.

Monica has best songs and cueing and one of the best instructors in this city! literally I’ll drive 40 min to this class every week so totally worth all your credits go check it out!

I was feeling sick and also exhausted from doing full body workouts from previous days (on top of having multiple disk herniations). I have previous experience with dancing. Even then, it takes me time to learn some movements I’ve never done before. I fell behind, but the class and instructor’s energy and motivation kept me going!

The class is incredibly inclusive and accessible for all experience levels, making it easy to jump in and have a great time. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun workout, and I’ll definitely be taking it again!

The instructor gave clear cues using the Sanskrit pose names, so even if you don’t have the order of poses memorized, you can follow along. Sometimes she was demonstrating and sometimes giving hands-on adjustments, which she was really good at, especially with students she knows well. The instructor’s demeanor was friendly and encouraging. The description of how to find the space and where to park was super helpful!

Anita is sooo welcoming and she makes this artistic dance form really accessible, even to someone like me with zero experience. There is also some shoes/dancewear they offer for sale which is helpful for beginners. The instructors gave clear instructions and were sure to include everyone.

The music was so good, it honestly took me back to my early 2000s party girl era. I had such a great time that I’m already planning to bring one of my friends to the next class.

すべてのレビューを表示This was such a fun class! We learned Salsa on 2 with two really sweet instructors that gave us great tips and cues and made the overall experience so fun. I went without a partner which worked out because we rotate anyways. This was my first salsa on 2 class and it was a blast. They also had munchkins which was such a cute little thing. Definitely bring water and comfy clothes :)
