すべてのレビューを表示You feel it primarily in your upper body at first but the field is working through out so towards the end of the session, I was able to feel it in my butt and legs. The ticking sound is distracting at first but deep breathing and focusing on the energy pulses will eventually drown out that sound. I’d try it again since the first 15 minutes, I was doing a lot of overthinking but I finally started feeling relaxed towards the end. Also, the front desk girl is very nice. I wish I got her name, she was very sweet and had great energy as well.

It was challenging but he gave a lot of tips to make sure I made the most of my time. I did compression therapy with Madi. She was so sweet and checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. すべてのレビューを表示One of the coolest random experiences i’ve tried on classpass. I was feeling really sore and tried it- WORTH IT! 3 minutes is equivalent to 27 minutes of ice bath. What a great mental challenge and I feel amazing. Make sure to tell them you’re from class pass, it makes it easier for their system. Also, They didn’t accept tip but didn’t seem to expect it like this app implies. Made me feel welcome and explained everything well. I’ll be doing this again!
