すべてのレビューを表示I use CP to cross train at 3 or 4 different gyms each week, but THIS one checks all the boxes! OMG TRULY felt like the most intentional and efficient full body workout. Small groups rotated between stations every 9 mins, so even though it was challenging it went by fast. I really appreciated that Jesse paired me with a member to explain the circuits, correct form, etc. Maybe one of the friendliest gyms I’ve been to! High energy, welcoming community, plentiful parking, good music, and a gorgeous and thoughtful space😍

I left feeling so much better than I came and will def be back. The gals in the class were also super kind and friendly, so much so that the instructor thought I was invited by them lol. I’m trying out different places on ClassPass prior to joining but this place is high on my list! Highly recommended. (:

Rashod welcomed me by name when I arrived, and is an amazing (and very patient!) trainer who adapted the class to my fitness/skill level, taught me basics and helped me with my form, as did Duane. Their coaching was kind and constructive - even though I have a lot of room for improvement, it felt positive and encouraging. The environment was like small group training, with a mix of warm up shadow boxing, heavy bags, partner work with paddles, and a core cooldown. I had a ton of fun and time flew by. I definitely recommend The Pound whether you are a new to boxing or experienced.

Small classes mean you will always get lots of individual instruction and modifications as needed. I felt challenged in this workout without compromising form. The environment is friendly and relaxed, which has been a nice change of pace compared to other group fitness classes. I’m so happy to have this gym so close by!
