    This was my first F45 class and it did not disappoint! Super high energy, great workout, and supportive group! Paiton was my instructor and she killed it… She was very thorough and helpful explaining each station and was cheering you on the whole time. Highly recommend this class and Paiton :)

    This was my first ClassPass session and first time doing CrossFit. I’m out of shape and was nervous I wouldn’t be able to keep up. But Joe provided modifications for newcomers and helped me with my form to ensure I was doing each move correctly. I love that there is a lot of repetition because it takes me a while to get the hang of something and it’s easier to keep up when you have to do a circuit for 20 minutes and you get better at it. Will be back!
