Afterwards, I partnered it with a Nidra/sound class and the combo was pure magic. I was so relaxed in the second class, I accidentally fell asleep and woke up as people were packing up 😅.

すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed this class so much. I have not worked out or stretched in years and had a bit of anxiety going into this class. Lara was so welcoming. I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. Not only was she knowledgeable in what was going on with my body, she added stories and humor during the class. It was wonderful. I will definitely continue to go to her classes. Thank you to Lara!

Two things to note: this is a home based business and there are also cats on the premises incase you’re highly allergic (they obviously aren’t out while you’re there). Honestly better than any other massage places I’ve tried on ClassPass or in general, and I’ve tried a lot in my area. The only place I’ll go to now.
