Addy walked me through the program and then she provided explanations and encouragement! I especially needed for the cold plunge, it was my first time. I definitely didn’t leave the way I arrived! I will definitely make this a regular part of my self care regimen!!

すべてのレビューを表示Amazing experience and will be back regularly!! Imonie was the BEST and helped us to get situated in our sauna by explaining all the ins and outs. The sauna itself has everything from red light therapy to temperature adjustment and more! They also provide entertainment options like Netflix that you don’t even need to log into with your personal user/password! It was the most relaxing sweat!!

The only thing I didn’t like was the way the leg compression sleeves are cleaned with just water and essential oils, I would feel much more comfortable if the feet part was disinfected. Otherwise it was a really great experience! I would definitely come back.
