My trainer Darius was motivating, encouraging, and made the environment feel welcoming even for someone getting back into fitness. The workout pushed me while still feeling rewarding by the end. Great energy, great instruction, and the space was solid overall. Definitely earned my business and I’m looking forward to coming back.
