    I wasn’t sure what to expect but enjoyed the class - Meghan didn’t call out specific speeds like in a Barry’s class but let us pick speed based on exertion levels and previewed how long we’d be maintaining that speed (ie 90 seconds to 4 minutes). Did not love the flashing lights during class in the background but that’s just my preference. Playlist was unique and transitioned between hip hop, 90s rock, 2000s hits, a little EDM. While I’m mostly an outdoor runner I can see myself doing a class in the winter to prep for a race since

    I really enjoyed this workout. At first I was afraid my ADD mind wouldn’t be able to handle different workouts happening at the same time. But the instructor explained everything and checked in with me thru out the workout. In the end I felt like I got a great workout. It’s also two blocks from my apt. I’ll be back.

    Avery brought the energy, he brought the vibes, he brought the “you can do anything” spirit. One of my favorite and hardest classes in a while! The music was perfectly synced. There was no time to be bored because there was so much variation. Loved this class!

    I hadn’t been in a year or until tonight and this class is still GREAT. You can go at your own pace and it’s still fun and challenging. They had a little issue with the mic where the songs went almost silent when the instructor talked. I do like the constant coaching but I wonder if there’s a way to keep the music up more while they speak.

    Darryl is an incredible coach. Regardless of the class size, he always pays attention to everyone’s form and makes corrections throughout each circuit to ensure people are getting in safe, good reps.     I loved this class. The flow was smooth yet challenging but not overly strenuous. Stefanie suggested plenty of ways to adjust positions depending on your skill level/strength. The 30 min meditation was a topper on the cake. It was the perfect way to end the class. Highly recommend!
