    Good class & instructor was lovely. Full body with a good range of exercises that made great use of the reformer. Overall would say it was intermediate level, you would definitely struggle to follow as a beginner, but nothing was overly challenging.     Monique is a great instructor. This was my 2nd intro class and she was especially helpful making sure I was doing the movements correctly while pushing the class to go a little further.
