すべてのレビューを表示Not a beginner friendly class but loved it as a moderately experienced yogi who is familiar with basic poses and variations. Instructor would demonstrate but not explain how to get into poses, just said “warrior 2, crescent” etc. with minimal prompting. She left space for us to alter as we needed which made the class very freeing. Great workout and well-paced (I hate when yoga classes rush through poses too quickly - Christine was great!)

すべてのレビューを表示Honestly, this is my first pregnancy and I was not expecting to have this much lower back pain as I’m a pretty active person and lift 3 times a week before and during this pregnancy. Turns out - it happens to everyone! Desperate for some relief, I came to this class to stretch my back out and maybe meet some other pregnant ladies - I’m totally addicted. Instructor is fantastic, encourages us to take breaks if we need it, but it’s truly gentle enough for any pregnant mama.
