すべてのレビューを表示Lik Yi’s class was wonderful, she was so attentive throughout the session, checking and fixing our forms. Very early on she could tell I was very flexible so she also encouraged me to trust in myself and pushed me out of my comfort zone a little bit more. I had the best sleep after the class cause o was able to relax all the tension in my body!

すべてのレビューを表示There were only 4 of us so was good for a first timer for me. Ming was patient and was very clear with his instructions. He always helped correct my postures which was helpful for the movements. 0.75kg weight only but the burn!!

すべてのレビューを表示Her workouts are suitable for the intermediate, not for beginners. The movements are different from other instructors that I have attended. Hence, it may be a bit difficult to execute unless you have a strong core. Overall, it is still an excellent class worth attending.
