    Mat Pilates with Spine Corrector

    The equipment, forgot what it calls because I missed the introduction part 😂, helps in correct your spine when you lie flat on it. However there may be a consequences happen to certain people feel slight dizzy when lie flat with head facing up.

    Reformer+ Chair Pilates Intermediate

    Her workouts are suitable for the intermediate, not for beginners. The movements are different from other instructors that I have attended. Hence, it may be a bit difficult to execute unless you have a strong core. Overall, it is still an excellent class worth attending.
