She even helped us take photos during the aerial poses, which was a really nice touch. The class size was small, so it felt very comfortable and beginner-friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for beginners!

すべてのレビューを表示May seem a little fast at the start during warmup but that is to get the heart rate up afterwhich it was easy to follow - clear instructions. I love that Ana would correct the posture, this makes the session even better.

すべてのレビューを表示Het was even zoeken naar de locatie die zit onderin het gebouw maar de lerares was heel aardig. Je begint met warming-up daarna techniek en dan doe je een aantal dansen. Voor een eerste keer soms moeilijk te volgen maar de les was klein in de ochtend waardoor de lerares mee keek en af en toe wat aanwijzingen gaf. Ik vond het echt ontzettend leuk!!
