Just that would be nice if he pre download the relaxing music he needs during the class, and set the phone at aeroplane mode. so no phone calls would be heard ringing throughout the class, disturbing the flow. Just a minor adjustment, and the class would be perfect.

Michelle focuses on breathing technique, form and deliberate movements as it should be for a Pilates class. Slow and steady pacing with good cues from Michelle. I like how she tells the class which muscles you’re working on for each movement so that you’re mindful of activating the correct muscles. Grateful that Michelle also works in recovery stretches in between sets. EXTRA BONUS: Michelle’s chill lounge playlist.

Carefully structured asanas, great hip openings that all the 2 times i attended her class, i managed to really let go of all emotions through the hip openings. Had me good cry in between, sweat a little which is fine, overall a good yoga that i need after every intense week. Thank you HH for having this kind of class. I’ll definitely return whenever i can.

Even though the class is called Senang Flow , it can be challenging to flow seamlessly without wobbling, ( for someone who is out of shape and has low stamina like me🫠) but Lya would offer options and actively corrects your poses. You would have to hold each pose for 30 seconds or so before going to the next pose. The class moves at a moderate pace ( not too slow and not too fast) and you will definitely work up a sweat. I had a good yoga workout and would love to participate again 💪🏼✨

I was really working up a sweat towards the end of class 😆💦 (definitely bring a yoga towel, a face towel and a water bottle for this class. There is water cooler so you can refill your bottle at the studio). Lily is a very good instructor. Her instructions and demonstrations are very clear and easy to understand. Also she gives options so even if you're a new practitioner, this class is very manageable. A really nice stretch and workout session to end a work day. 😊✨

すべてのレビューを表示The studio is frankly quite confusing to locate. But the workout itself was SUPERB. The instructor was such a sweetheart and her flexibility and fitness is so impressive. We used a yoga ball throughout which added a little instability and made the workout nicely challenging. This is relieved first time I did yoga and actually felt a burn. Would love to come here again!

However, after attending Ashley's stretch and sound healing class, I would like to give her five 🌟 As it there will be a sound healing segment, she politely reminded me to keep my phone in the locker and not leave it on the floor. When class started, she was clear with instructions and gave us options for poses. She tried to lighten the atmosphere by cracking jokes. Honestly, I would recommend her class if you like an instructor who is firm but experienced and knows what she is talking about. Thank you, Ashley 😍

I think this is very important because I am just going through the motion most of the time, not knowing exactly which muscles to engage, hence, not much improvements in my practice. She would also go around to adjust our alignment and let us know what we can work on to deepen our practice. She is encouraging and very helpful. I really enjoyed her class.
