    REFORMER FLOW (BEG)

    Finally! TRULY a beginner reformer class unlike some of the others I have attended at FlyProject. Michelle focuses on breathing technique, form and deliberate movements as it should be for a Pilates class. Slow and steady pacing with good cues from Michelle. I like how she tells the class which muscles you’re working on for each movement so that you’re mindful of activating the correct muscles. Grateful that Michelle also works in recovery stretches in between sets. EXTRA BONUS: Michelle’s chill lounge playlist.

    The best strength training coach ever. The vibe was very positive. The coach actively go around the room and checks on everyone, motivating and correcting the positions. The best!! My recommendation is to invest in a proper water dispenser (they are using a hand pump water gallon) and a nicer changing room (can check out Octagon Foxx or Strong pilates)

    I enjoyed this class! I'm 8 weeks postpartum and Giselle made it easy enough to ease me back into working out again but also challenging enough that it gave me a good sweat and burn! Did most of the session with a Pilates ball for added challenge. And the studio is pretty with lots of light. Would come back.

    Zumba

    I love the concept of a women only gym! I felt so comfortable. The class was a small room but there were only 3 of us. The Zumba instructor was very cheerful and energetic. It’s a fairly easy class which makes me want to bring my mum next time.
