すべてのレビューを表示It was my first yoga class with Sophie, and I really enjoyed the experience! The environment was super calm and relaxing, and her soothing voice made it even more peaceful. She’s a wonderful instructor who explains and demonstrates each movement clearly. I especially appreciated how she gave students individual attention, helped us improve our poses, and made adjustments to accommodate different needs and abilities!

Kim was an amazing instructor, super attentive and I’d absolutely love to be back for another intro class with her! Super welcoming, amazing playlist, and gave us a segment for recording ourselves which is cute since I went with friends! (make sure you respect others privacy ofc)

The class was fun, comfortable, and Adrienne was great with being patient, repeating demonstrations, and giving feedback. As someone who can be nervous dancing at all, especially in public, it was a great experience, and an awesome, fun workout.

すべてのレビューを表示Kennedy was the best instructor you can have as an absolute beginner. He was judgement free, encouraging and gently nudged when he knew you could do it. The gym was clean, plenty of fans and had a welcoming vibe. I can’t wait to come back and take more classes here!

She was amazing, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable. 💕 The class was fun, and I really enjoyed learning and trying something new! One thing to keep in mind is that the room does get pretty hot! 🥵😂 I’m definitely a sweaty girly, lol! Karina was kind enough to turn on the AC and open a window, but it was still pretty warm, so I’d recommend bringing a towel with you. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend taking a class with Karina! 💗✨

From my first class I was shy but she’s great at teaching you how to embrace the experience, and I love how she really makes you feel welcome by being very uninhibited herself. She demonstrates the moves and comes around to give pointers! This helped me form for a spin we learned today. I also think she has 10/10 music choices.
