The instructor, Chris, was knowledgeable, patient, and made the techniques easy to understand and practice. The class was hands-on and empowering. すべてのレビューを表示It was a great first class. The instructor took time to have everybody stretch, followed my warm ups. The class was small so it might as well have been a private lesson. I wasn't the only person there for the first time, so the instructor went over basics. I'm so excited to go back and learn more Jiu Jitsu. It was a great workout.

Coach Henry is an excellent instructor, breaking down techniques clearly and providing plenty of examples to help you understand. The class atmosphere was incredibly welcoming; everyone was supportive and made me feel right at home. Muay Thai
すべてのレビューを表示I have been doing Muay Thai with Matador Training for a couple weeks now, and I have to say this has been such an incredible experience all around! I have never done any Muay thai, or martial arts before so was very nervous for my first time, especially because joining a new gym and being a beginner is super intimidating. But I have to say that all the coaches, the owners, and even the members made me feel so welcome, guided me in each class, and had so much energy!! I have taken classes with Coach ships, coach Gio, and Coach Rick, and they are all amazing, and extremely knowledgeable at what they do! They take the time to really teach you, and explain to you the fundamental of what you are doing, but push you so hard all at the same time! I have also taken one on one sessions with coach Gio, and I have learned and advanced immensely in such a short amount of time. I truly do recommend coming here if you are looking for a mixed martial arts gym. They have pro fighters, and advanced fighters who they train, but they still make sure to pay attention and guide those who are new and wanting to learn, and advance. Such great classes if you are also just wanting to get in amazing shape! Hands down 10 out of 10 experience with them!!

Hatha Yoga

For instance, I’m recovering from a lower back injury so I currently prefer slow flow and the person next to me mentioned they were a seasoned yogi. The studio owner was also at class and was super friendly! The space was clean and it was comfortable too to do yoga on the mat. Can’t wait to come back

すべてのレビューを表示Other participants were helpful and respectful when it can to learning techniques. Classpassers will be given a loaner jacket to grapple in. Heads up, it's quite musty in the gym. First part of class is very brief warm up, then grappling then cool down stretching. There may be a brief period where you are expected to just watch depending on your experience level. I appreciated learning take downs and I was surprisingly sore the next day.
