That means the most, being someone who’s been having joint pain recently and looking to maintain alternatives for my shoulders before busy season with work. For instance, I’m recovering from a lower back injury so I currently prefer slow flow and the person next to me mentioned they were a seasoned yogi. The studio owner was also at class and was super friendly! The space was clean and it was comfortable too to do yoga on the mat. Can’t wait to come back

They walked us through anything we needed help with and were very knowledgeable. You could tell it was a great class by how happy, respectful and welcoming everyone was. We really enjoyed it!
