I appreciate the time he spent with us on repeating combos, his guidance and motivation is wha kept me goin ! This was the best work out I’ve ever gotten and I’ll definitely be back ! すべてのレビューを表示MMA District offers real MMA, Muay Thai, no-gi Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, and conditioning classes. The studio is brand new, large, super clean, well organized, and has everything you need to train mixed martial arts. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The gym also includes two heavy bags, a squat rack, sets of dumbbells & kettlebells, and all kinds of accessories. Parking is in the private gated lot. There are two mat spaces and two bathrooms. They have a separate shower most gyms do not have. Hanny is very friendly, personable, and full of knowledge. She helped me dissected each combo with patience and clear communication. She's a great coach and amazing human being. Hanny made one hour seem priceless.

One thing I really appreciate is the flexibility — being able to start with fundamentals before committing to a full membership takes the pressure off and gives you space to learn at your own pace.
