    I've literally been to every studio Izzy teaches at. And I can hands-down say that if Izzy is teaching a class you will get one of the best workouts of your week (month?!). Working out in LA is super expensive, but when you work out with her, you not only get your moneys worth, but you're also getting a fantastic workout that doesn't sacrifice form + safety.
