Zac was hilarious and kept us going with humor and jokes :) I love that the classes here are hitting every part of a workout: strength training , cardio, endurance, core strengthening, all the things in an efficient and fun way. You can also choose the weights so that you don’t overdo it to lighter or heavier if you’re feeling stronger. Awesome!!

すべてのレビューを表示Bünda is always a powerful, challenging class and the teacher was fantastic! I haven’t been in a couple months and they have new stairmaster machines. They work fine however I don’t think they are as tall people friendly. The handles you hold onto for support are really low and when you turn to the side on the machine and step that way my knees tend to hit the handlebars. I want to come back but I am going to have to ask for some advice about these new machines

It’s too hot and sensory overload for me to ever remember on my own so I very much appreciated this instructor leading majority of class. Excellent

The one thing I’m wondering if they clean the mats after each class - it doesn’t feel like it there’s always like crumbs or things on the mats and I think if they aren’t going to clean them, they should have participants wipe them down at the end of each class for sanitary reasons.

I like that we use props in Brandon’s classes, he’ll encourage it! They make a difference. He’s helpful in form correction and I like that he’ll remind us how our form should be ex. “Keep spine imprinted” I usually forget, so this is always helpful! Best!!

The flow and transitions moved seamlessly into this another and as someone who’s been doing Lagree for a couple years the class was very challenging. Form was being cued throughout which is great for all levels. Definitely will be back!

すべてのレビューを表示Incredible class! I really liked the lesson format. We introduced ourselves so the instructor could get familiar with our levels. There was a warm up and some conditioning. Then we learned tricks/spins. They were built/stacked on each other until it made a combination. I really appreciated that because I have a difficult time transitioning between steps and knowing how to put steps into a routine. The instructor was very friendly and made an effort to learn everyone’s name. She circled around the room to give individual attention. I’ll definitely be back, thank you!

すべてのレビューを表示First time in Brooke’s class. I can’t stand and pedal long due to hip issue so I spent a lot of time pedaling at my place and just observing the class. Brooke has a rare blend of stable enthusiasm without being obnoxious or over the top. The music choices are enjoyable and not too loud. She moves from lead bike to front row bike to be part of the class and incorporates a lot of rhythmic upper body moves that the class seems to genuinely enjoy. It’s not often that I find spin classes that are so well instructed that they pass the time quickly, but Brooke’s class is that. She’s an exceptional instructor.

We had a big class and he made sure to give us each special attention and correct our form throughout class so we could have a safe, effective workout. He even recommended shoes to fix the pain in my arch (I am heel-striking hard in my soft cloud shoes and need to relearn my walk.) Anyhow, highly, highly recommend him! One more note: I am a big fan of all of the instructors I’ve had at Para. They are all positive, helpful, and seem to really care about their students!
