    Very much a low-ego environment. You can adjust difficulty up or down depending on what’s right for your body. There’s a huge emphasis on correct form, which I think is lacking in most other classes. Marc was a great instructor, always encouraging and making sure everyone is doing okay. Only suggestion is I wish we did a cooldown to ensure recovery.

    CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day)

    Tiareh is an amazing coach. Truly the best CrossFit coach I’ve come across personally. I had the pleasure of attending a class by her at a different gym before as well. She’s attentive and gives great cues. She makes you feel so welcome in a space that can sometimes feel intimidating. Mixtape has always felt so welcoming every time I’ve visited. This is a great gym.

    I’ve been going to Mat Pilate class with Megan for over a month, I’ve seen a big improvement of my core strength - on legs & arms & abs. I like Mat Pilate because I can work out on a mat without any equipment, which is very important to me because I travel a lot for my business, I need the skills to workout remotely.     CardioFleX : Everyday Boot Camp!

    First time trying CrossFit and was a bit nervous, especially when the majority of the class looked like they can do Spartan Race with their eyes closed! But Chris was so nice and patient.     The Hot Girl Lift

    Instructor was very welcoming and provided 1:1 help for my form and technique. She made sure the new students were guided appropriately and safely. I had a great workout and appreciated the modification of the PVC pipe if needed. If anyone is fearful of crossfit due to the advanced moves, try out this class and let them know it’s your first time! The people are very friendly and supportive of one another! Love it!

    STRONGMAN

    This class is a MUST TRY! I’ve been wanting to take a class that challenges my body in a different way and Strongman does that and then some. First, Meredith is such an encouraging, experienced (beyond experienced actually), and effective communicator. Her instructions were so accessible and made every exercise doable and fun. Meredith takes the time to analyze your every movement and uses that to assess how to modify and make each exercise as conducive to your body as possible. The movement patterns were familiar enough so that I wasn’t lost but the equipment and the sequence of exercises felt brand new in a good way. It was only one class but I truly felt stronger in all of my lifts since. Can’t wait to make this a regular part of my Saturday.

    I took the alpha performance training class at 9 AM. I’m a beginner and I’m new to working out I intensely. Veronica was nice and accommodating to me! It’s a tough workout, a good sweat! There was lifting involved and cardio. Based off my fitness goals, she recommended I take the leg and core classes or the weightlifting class since I want to gain strength and not lose weight. I would take this class again if I was focusing on cardio.

    Clean space and equipment. There was a routine on the screens that the instructor walked through briefly in the beginning and then everyone did the exercises at their own pace.
