I find her very encouraging, really helpful for someone who 1) flits between reformer and other workout forms (which can sometimes be complementary and sometimes mean you have to unlearn certain movements) and 2) is recovering from an earlier shoulder .

すべてのレビューを表示Love this studio and this class but i noticed there are lots of new signs asking customers to be quiet in the corridor when there is a yoga class on however ironically in the yin portion I could hear staff washing up right outside and chatting the whole time - maybe just a note to be mindful about what sort of class is currently scheduled and close doors accordingly so the noise travels less. Otherwise great as always ❤️

I finished with the cold plunge before leaving, and it made me feel incredible, my body felt alive, I could feel my circulation, and I knew I was going to have an amazing night’s sleep. The sauna was excellent, the ice bath was a great experience, and the whole facility was spotless, clean, and well looked after.
