I find her very encouraging, really helpful for someone who 1) flits between reformer and other workout forms (which can sometimes be complementary and sometimes mean you have to unlearn certain movements) and 2) is recovering from an earlier shoulder .

すべてのレビューを表示I thought it was great and love the sustainability aspect. One thing is that cost wise it’s similar to the other studios (£25 per class) but they asked us to wipe down bikes. I know it’s small but for the cost I would expect it to be done, especially if rushing during a lunch break

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, the clinic was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a huge bonus in this weather! The Calm & Restore facial itself was soo relaxing and luxurious, and the treatment room was beautifully presented and felt incredibly clean.
