Only thing I didn’t enjoy is that the class didn’t offer yoga mats so another girl and I had to do all the exercises on the bare floor which unfortunately might have not been vacuumed from the class before. Besides my feet and body would slip constantly because of this. If I come back I’ll bring my own but I assumed they’d have available ones

This sets us up for a great gong bath. I always leave feeling clear mind and healthy body. Love the class and is slowly becoming a Friday regular for me.

すべてのレビューを表示This is a fantastic Hip Hop class! Joong is an incredibly versatile dancer who brings in a variety of grooves and dance styles, keeping it dynamic and fun. Be prepared to be challenged in the best way. Joong does an excellent job of breaking down complex moves into easy-to-follow steps, making it accessible even if you're new to hip hop. I came in expecting a heels class but ended up having a blast!
