すべてのレビューを表示Wow! What an incredible teacher and an incredible space held to learn. It was my first time at hot yoga and this class and I felt welcomed and safe. Sindy is so clear with directions and bestows this sense of discipline which I really loved. My attention rarely shifted from my breath or body the whole class and I really do think that’s a sign of a great teacher and a well led class. Can’t wait to go back, hope she does more evening classes at mission in the future

すべてのレビューを表示It was a very good session. The flair is refreshingly unusual, located behind/above a car repair workshop. The yoga room was good, well prepared and the yoga teacher very welcoming. The class was very professionally organised, very good housekeeping. I felt 'seen' in my practice, corrected slightly but also praised for the right things and movement. It made the experience very worthwhile and productive for me.

Everyone was super encouraging and helpful it was my first time trying Muay Thai and they were great at breaking down each move in an easy understandable way. Everyone had different levels of experience but were super supportive. Had so much fun!

My only issue is that I booked the class at 8PM through class pass and when I turned up at 7:45PM, they advised that actually the class wasn't at 8PM - there was one at 7:30PM and 8:30PM. I was given the option of jumping into the class which had already started 15 minutes before, which I took so that I didn't have to wait another 45 minutes for the next class, but it does mean that I didn't get the full time. Staff at the club were really friendly and helpful!

I love the concept and it is really a useful and fun class! Gear yourself up and try it out!!! I am so glad that I have my first Krav Maga class in this studio 🥰 On a side note the studio is very clean and with sufficient equipment!
