すべてのレビューを表示Excellent class for a Sunday morning - nice relaxing slow start, then into some challenging but grounding poses and flow, moving into a cool down and relaxation again. All accompanied by being mindful of change and the changing seasons in todays practice, which was slow but challenging. This practice was just what I needed this rainy Sunday morning, really helped me to be present in the moment and enjoy my weekend!
