    This is very different to the other Barre classes but offers a much needed, whole body stretch! I was introduced to new shapes and stretches which I'm incorporating into my own practice! The pace of the class was good too and Paige was really friendly.

    Loved this class! Charlotte is a fab instructor, I felt really welcomed as it was my first time in her class, and the yoga poses and flows we did were lovely. Great mix of slower time to breathe & movement that did push me. Thank you!!
