すべてのレビューを表示Amelie was very knowledgeable on the body and what movements would provide us with a deep stretch while maintaining a nice flow. Her cues were clear and could easily be understood allowing developing yogis to practice without having to constantly look for the instructor during transitions. I will absolutely be looking forward to more classes with Amelie!
