His modifications are great. He’s attentive to everybody’s needs and physical limitations. He is definitely an asset to your company.

She pays close attention to form and alignment, creating an environment where you feel supported and confident throughout the workout. I thoroughly enjoyed her class and will definitely be taking more of her sessions to experience the variety of classes she offers.
