She explained the parts of our feet that needed pressure focus on for footwork. She paid great attention to everyone’s form and offered hands-on corrections. She also focused on balancing our bodies by using the ball often. If you’re taking her class, get ready to be challenged in a good way!

Her arm sequence was killer and playlist gave me the energy to get through it. I highly recommend taking Susie’s class if you love a full body session.

Brianna was an excellent instructor, and she made sure that you felt welcome and supportive throughout the class. She assisted me with some of my exercises and provided a safe space for everyone to make mistakes. すべてのレビューを表示I used my class pass, first time at Tru Fusion. I do the fitness on the lawn with them and they always did great. Today I did bare boot camp express with Mario A. The class was heated and the music was fun and entertaining. Mario knew what he was doing, he really killed me in a good way. I definitely recommend his classes. He will give you a good work out and you will be drenched in sweat!

すべてのレビューを表示Took cardio kickboxing with Neil and class was fun yet challenging. The challenging part was almost a full hour of cardio! Make sure you hydrate before class because you will be sweatinnnn!!!!! No wraps or boxing gloves needed. It’s all body weight. Bring a towel and yoga mat.

Studio was clean and the vibe was relaxing. Don’t bother coming early to the studio. Entrance door is locked and won’t be open until 15 min prior to class.

すべてのレビューを表示This is one of the best pole fitness related classes I’ve ever taken. It was a mix of Mat Pilates and flexibility/conditioning (no pole work). Jenny was structured, had clear communication and I feel like I learned new moves to work on flexibility and strength. The only PSA I would give is to bring your own mat! The studio ones just aren’t as supportive and certain moves hurt a bit doing on a harder surface so I would definitely bring a comfy mat if you can.

I'm not sure if I was supposed to sleep, but i fell asleep within 10 minutes of our hour long session. the mattress is comfy, the blanket was thick enough to be warm in the cool room, we had a bolster to put under our knees, and a lavender scented eye mask.. it was lovely.. I woke up and felt very peaceful. Tricia and her husband were so welcoming and such sweet people. 10/10!! I left feeling like I had a massage.

She was such a great instructor, very hands on and even fixed my form to make sure I was doing it correctly. Definitely would take her class again!
