Her arm sequence was killer and playlist gave me the energy to get through it. I highly recommend taking Susie’s class if you love a full body session.

すべてのレビューを表示Really enjoyed Yin. Instructor asked the class what focus areas we would like to work on today. Really effective in stretching and relaxing my piroformis muscle and hamstrings. Studio was clean and the vibe was relaxing. Don’t bother coming early to the studio. Entrance door is locked and won’t be open until 15 min prior to class.
