I think if there was a tower set up prior as an example, it would have made it easier to explain to the participants whom had never done set up before. I understand things won’t always run perfectly. I look forward to the next ReFLEX class. ♥️

すべてのレビューを表示Such a great intro class. The instructor Beth gave clear instructions and helped when needed. She was so nice and encouraging. Very nice and clean studio. The class was challenging even though it was a beginners (level 1) class. Definitely felt the burn!

Tes is the best! class is always amazing, provides a good burn, and I never dread coming to this workout in my Saturdays

すべてのレビューを表示Lauren is probably the best instructor I’ve had in Vegas, she’s very observant and cares about correcting form, unlike some instructors who may just continue letting you do something incorrectly. She also describes and demonstrates movements very clearly, so it’s easy to self-correct as well. She has challenging programming, but it’s great if you’re looking for a burn.

すべてのレビューを表示Super cool space!! Loved the receptionist girly and the instructor!! It was my first time taking a class here and they were both so kind, welcoming and helpful. If it’s your first class here I recommend starting easy so you can get used to the vibrating platform, it definitely took some getting used to!! Will absolutely be back!!
