The instructor( Tara alharmi ) was meticulous, supportive, and deeply focused on perfecting every movement was done correctly,I’ve attended Pilates classes at several other studios, but her level of attention and expertise is unmatched. Truly a standout experience, shes the only instructor whose classes i’ll be returning too!

Chair Dance Class
すべてのレビューを表示Omg what a fun class! Ashley is highly energetic & wicked supportive! Loved her class, loved the energy & enjoyed the dance. I was surprised to see how easy it was to follow her direction (given that this was my first class ever) but yeah loved it. & Ashley’s v accommodating to folks in the classroom.

すべてのレビューを表示Was an amazing class! Very relaxing. But if you’re looking for a complete Pilates, many exercises and burning class, is not for you. You should try the reformer! The teacher is very welcoming and helpful. Super recommend!!!!

The class, music, and workout routine was exactly what I expected a spinning class to be! She totally delivered!! I burned 500 calories in 50 minutes.The gym is clean, boasting pilate,yoga, and a kickboxing studio! There are so many options for cardio and weight training. Last but certainly not least, there is a sauna and jaccuzi room to unwind!
