The instructor( Tara alharmi ) was meticulous, supportive, and deeply focused on perfecting every movement was done correctly,I’ve attended Pilates classes at several other studios, but her level of attention and expertise is unmatched. Truly a standout experience, shes the only instructor whose classes i’ll be returning too!

Chair Dance Class
すべてのレビューを表示Omg what a fun class! Ashley is highly energetic & wicked supportive! Loved her class, loved the energy & enjoyed the dance. I was surprised to see how easy it was to follow her direction (given that this was my first class ever) but yeah loved it. & Ashley’s v accommodating to folks in the classroom.

すべてのレビューを表示Was an amazing class! Very relaxing. But if you’re looking for a complete Pilates, many exercises and burning class, is not for you. You should try the reformer! The teacher is very welcoming and helpful. Super recommend!!!!
