Always try my best to free my sat up for this class specially and i feel wonderful after the sesh^^ Movements and instructions are easy to follow but you still feel the burn even if its a simple movement because the instructor will correct your posture no matter what and its great class to learn how to work out in the proper posture. The massage was gentle, yet the therapist knew exactly how to apply the right pressure to all the important pressure points. It wasn’t painful at all, but I could feel the relief deep into my muscles and even my bones. The technique was very effective in relieving the pain I had been experiencing and completely eased my fatigue. Ayu Borneo so far, has many great masseuses, each offering a different technique and style. I usually request for either Nicha or Rozy. But they were both unavailable.
