I felt my muscles knot removed after strong massage despite soreness the next day. However, lately I had tried few masseuses from Kori and noticed that they used medium pressure but knew how to work on my muscle knots. So I achieved the same outcome of releasing tension in my muscle without the muscle soreness! Loved my masseuse, Masytha. Will be back again to try deep tissue massage.
