Very early on she could tell I was very flexible so she also encouraged me to trust in myself and pushed me out of my comfort zone a little bit more. I had the best sleep after the class cause o was able to relax all the tension in my body!

すべてのレビューを表示Her workouts are suitable for the intermediate, not for beginners. The movements are different from other instructors that I have attended. Hence, it may be a bit difficult to execute unless you have a strong core. Overall, it is still an excellent class worth attending.
