すべてのレビューを表示His voice is soothing. and the whole class has been nothing lesser than perfection. He will come over to make adjustment to your posture, and his voice and vibes is very encouraging. Just that would be nice if he pre download the relaxing music he needs during the class, and set the phone at aeroplane mode. so no phone calls would be heard ringing throughout the class, disturbing the flow. Just a minor adjustment, and the class would be perfect.

Michelle focuses on breathing technique, form and deliberate movements as it should be for a Pilates class. Slow and steady pacing with good cues from Michelle. I like how she tells the class which muscles you’re working on for each movement so that you’re mindful of activating the correct muscles. Grateful that Michelle also works in recovery stretches in between sets. EXTRA BONUS: Michelle’s chill lounge playlist.

The previous routines had started to feel a bit repetitive, but this new set is challenging and engaging. I could definitely feel the intensity throughout the class, and I'm confident I burned a ton of calories. I felt amazing after the class and my energy levels were boosted significantly. Zikri was incredibly motivating and kept the energy high throughout the class. Highly recommend giving it a try!"

Definitely not beginner friendly, but if you’re intermediate/advanced & want a good workout, Nevidy’s class is the place to go! Love how she encourages us to continue but if we just couldn’t anymore, she was also nice about it 😅

She provided me with proper guidance and offered modifications when I had limited range of motion in my tight hips and corrected my bad posture due to my scoliosis. I really enjoyed the flow of the class. The flowing movement of the exercises almost felt like a dance and it was helpful in alleviating the pain in my upper back and my lower back.

I used to be afraid of Pilates, thinking that it is really difficult, but B-Physica and all the instructors here have really helped reshape my perspective, understanding and appreciation towards Pilates.
