    What a burn! Lorraine is a great instructor. Only problem was that she couldn't push us as much because there were first timers whom she needed to accommodate in the intermediate class. Still, she did a great job despite it.

    Hot Power Flow

    Power is not so bad! Manageable except for the peak pose. I like that there is less people in the early morning class since this studio is a bit smaller compared to other USP studios. Will return!

    Warm Toning Reformer

    I absolutely love Jessie’s session today. She never ceases to amaze me with her concise and precise instructions , her constant care, individual corrections, not to mention her vast experience in giving variations of difficulty moves to cater to the people in the room. Today there were a few regular yoga and Pilates instructors attending here class too.

    Yoga • Gentle Flow

    Lik Yi’s class was wonderful, she was so attentive throughout the session, checking and fixing our forms. Very early on she could tell I was very flexible so she also encouraged me to trust in myself and pushed me out of my comfort zone a little bit more. I had the best sleep after the class cause o was able to relax all the tension in my body!

    Reformer+ Chair Pilates Intermediate

    Her workouts are suitable for the intermediate, not for beginners. The movements are different from other instructors that I have attended. Hence, it may be a bit difficult to execute unless you have a strong core. Overall, it is still an excellent class worth attending.
