I feel that the studio could adapt more to a yoga environment for when the room is being used for those classes e.g pulling the curtains so the sun isn’t glaring in your face or timing the class so it’ doesn’t coincide with a noisy class next door. The studio is fab, teachers fab , staff so friendly , I just felt like I couldn’t relax that much, if the studio made some tweaks it would be perfect.

すべてのレビューを表示All great, however I am pregnant so expected modifications to be provided sometimes a bit faster, since I was about to start some of the regular exercises. But most of the time it was quick enough to adjust. Overall a fab workout!

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve worked with countless instructors over the years and Pepper is by far the best in the biz. I (and many others) have followed her across studios specifically for her deep knowledge of classical Pilates (and the body), her strong focus on technique, super clear explanations/cues and great individualised attention. Her teaching style is engaging and encourages active participation which is refreshing vs the typical repetitive approach of many others. Her classes are consistently challenging and so rewarding. Highly recommend for anyone from beginners to those who are serious about improving their practice!

I generally do a lot of different training.. all I can say Shannon’s classes are amazing and I left the practice feeling great both physically and mentally. Shannon has great energy and personality, he is a great Pilates teacher, he explains the exercises very well and he modifies them accordingly to any injury you may have or to the fitness level you may be able to endure. I highly recommend his classes and I am definitely going to sign up for more!
