すべてのレビューを表示I forgot the instructors name but it was an impressive class for a beginner. I’m not a beginner but I’ve been out of practice for a long time. The class was gentle and I felt like I still got a workout without being unable to move the next day. It takes me days to recover from a work out sometimes and this class felt just right for my recovery period. I also loved that the instructor corrected my form. That’s very important for a beginner! Thank you!

I came in with acute shoulder pain and chronic lower back pain, and Dr. Laser was so welcoming, kind, and did an AMAZING job.
