I was always intimidated by barre because I’ve heard it’s super hard and yeah for sure you’ll be sweating and maybe climbing up the stairs on all fours afterwards for a few days but Jackie did a wonderful job balancing out the whole body routine so you’re not burnt out by the end. It also flies by so quickly! This was a great introduction to barre for me can’t wait to take it again.

Though I can honestly say that every experience I have had at LUX has been great, this one was especially spectacular. Angie not only asked about my shape preferences and mapped my brows, but she insisted on perfecting them to the point that she re-mapped them to ensure she had it perfect.
