すべてのレビューを表示I have heard so many GREAT things about this class and have really been wanting to try! It’s always booked!! (/schedule conflicts). This was my first one and.. WOW that was absolutely hard and amazing and cool. Love to get tips on form and all the instructors are so encouraging!! They really pushed me to my limits without injury and I LOVE THAT!! I look forward to doing more classes and getting stronger 💪🏻🦾

すべてのレビューを表示Sherri was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable for my very fist yoga/pilates class. Overall, the class I took was more yoga centered, but Sherri asked us beforehand which we would prefer more of, so she's super flexible and open to what you want to take out of the class!

The massage had one of the best ones I’ve experienced—relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. You can tell they really pay attention to comfort and detail. I left feeling refreshed and taken care of. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!

They treat you like you pay for a membership with them directly! I got one of the lifestyle drips through classpass and bought an IM vitamin b shot personally and I can already tell it’s working! I will continue to go to them and am considering getting a membership with them!
