すべてのレビューを表示This is my favorite Barry’s class I’ve ever been to!! Taylor’s music was SO good and motivating and gave such clear instruction. I usually do Ride x Lift, so this was my first Run x Lift which I was initially intimidated by, but she led the class so gracefully and offered perfect guidance. Definitely coming back!!

すべてのレビューを表示I go to a Barry’s class once every few months because I’m not a runner at all. This is the first time the running part felt accessible to me because of how many options she gave. There was no pushing yourself to go beyond your limits, and she even said something about how everyone’s body is different. I might actually start going regularly to her class. I definitely also recommend if you’re new to Barry’s or exercise in general because there are so many options! Can’t believe it took me this long to take her Alycia’s class!

すべてのレビューを表示Sylvia was great. I liked the concentration on slow controlled movements, on proper form. It wasn't like other trendy gyms that just want you to bang out reps. I also liked that there wasn't any excessive "cheerleading" from the instructor, as I usually find that demotivating.

すべてのレビューを表示Annette was so nice and encouraging! She did a great job of demonstrating proper exercise postures at a place in the room where everyone could see her and where we should be shifting our weight. She also was very attentive, giving excellent 1:1 direction and encouragement.

すべてのレビューを表示Mandy is an amazing instructor! Explains everything really well. I was apprehensive to take this class because I am not a beginner 💅 but I’m glad I did. It was still very challenging, especially if you use heavier weights. Great booty workout!! 🍑 Class was very small though so lacked the usual energy - I think PS should drop the beginner title because it may deter people from taking thinking that it’s going to be easy. It’s not.

Definitely a bit overwhelmed (and should have had the coffee before a 6 am class) but Lee and others were very welcoming and patient. I’m used to mostly bag work in boxing classes so this was a refreshing change. Positive vibes and tough love. Check it out.
