すべてのレビューを表示I love this place !! The flexibility of having sessions every 10 minutes offers an incredible adaptability, especially in this fast-paced city where everyone is constantly on the go. I also love that each day features different exercises, targeting different muscle groups—upper body, lower body—so there’s no monotony. Plus, the timing pushes you to keep up with the group, and the music is absolutely stellar. Overall, the vibe is just spectacular.

I left feeling worked. Met one of the owners too, he was gracious and fun to speak with. Looking forward to trying more classes.

I’ve taken hundreds of Barry’s classes in multiple states and countries, and Dilan will always be one of my top instructors. Highly recommend her classes (and I wish she would have a weekly evening slot in Chelsea ;)

すべてのレビューを表示I love this class and Syl! One issue I do need to flag: it’s toooo dark! My eyes adjusting from outside can’t see benches or poles and there’s a buckle on the floor by the 25/30/35 lb rack I almost tripped and so did someone else. I’m 43 years old I need to be able to see!

They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. すべてのレビューを表示The sequences that Emily are really creative but also effective…they require mental coordination (like tongue twisters for the body) and force you to move in multiple levels, parts, planes, and directions, which makes the class a lot more engaging and stimulating. While creative, she definitely had a structure with a defined warmup and intro with a movement series to the right, a middle section, then repeating the movement series to the left, and a final challenge - because you have a sense of what’s coming up. We choose our own weights for light, medium, and heavy which means you can make it harder or easier for yourself. She seems really sweet and not overbearing or pressuring.
