すべてのレビューを表示Loved the class, instructor, space. My one critique is about halfway/towards the end of class, I wish the spoken instruction slowed down a bit. Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

すべてのレビューを表示Barry’s is not my exercise of choice but I’ve been trying to do a class every week (I am NOT a cardio person). Alycia is one of the most skilled fitness instructors I’ve ever had. I push myself in ways I don’t in other people’s classes. I also never feel like I have to increase my speed in this class just because other people are. There are other Barry’s instructors who really push everyone beyond their limits (especially the OGs) to a place where it might not be the healthiest, but she doesn’t. I’d take all my running averse friends to her class just so that they can see it’s not that bad after all!! Can’t wait to go back. Go to her class… you might still hate running, but you’ll find that it’s finally accessible!!

I also loved that when Gabi made corrections, she turned off her mic so as not to make anyone feel on the spot/embarrassed/uncomfortable. Will absolutely be taking her classes in the future! Highly recommend

The stretching was perfect and I like that she really focused on long holds, so many instructors don’t understand the importance of stretching to make it actually impactful.

I also love the flexibility of being able to start at weird times, since they welcome a new group every ten minutes. Also you use fun equipment you wouldn’t have access to at home or a normal gym. It was a much harder and more fast-paced class comparing to other zumba classes i’ve taken. However, it was rewarding and definitely worth the effort. Will go again when I need some serious cardio.

Alexandria was super attentive, always correcting technique and positioning to make sure I got the most out of the workout. I only wish there was a modification offered for the ab section, which I struggled with a bit. Overall, I learned what I need to work on and got some great tips to improve my form. Definitely pushed me harder than I’d go on my own! Would highly recommend!

I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.

Sometimes you get trainers that aren't receptive to the fitness of the student or sometimes coaches can be too laxed; I prefer Steven because his training feels balanced and informed.
