She has a unique ability to target both small and large muscle groups, making you pay attention to muscles you didn’t even know you had — even down to your toes! Her attention to detail and focus on form is incredible. Jessica is confident and capable, and her instruction is clear, precise, and motivating. The only thing I’d love to see added to make her class even better would be a Taylor Swift playlist (obviously, I’m a Swiftie)! A fantastic experience I highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示Loved this place !! This was my first Pilates class ever and first time using a reformer (you should take a private class first if you are new, I just didn’t know that ). Amazing instructor and great group of ladies. Lots of fun and if I wasn’t just passing through the area I would make this a regular spot. And I’m sore … which is a good sign !
