すべてのレビューを表示Fantastic!! I loved the variety of movement and very relaxed setting. Felt like we were just hanging out but also got a great work out in. This is not the dark lights and loud music kind of pilates. The owner was teaching a private class just a few machines over which was not distracting at all (truly barely noticed) but just something to note when you’re booking a private class that the instruction is private and catered towards you but the space might be shared. I will absolutely be booking again!

すべてのレビューを表示Great spot! Huge gym with variety of equipment. They are building out a recovery room. Manager Reece and instructor gia were great. pilates class was like LISS class. Or low impact intensity. Definitely burned a couple classic pilates moves. Felt bit more lower/upper weight work out. Gia was subbing. 3lbs weights, resistance band, ring, and block. They did have mats to use.

すべてのレビューを表示Cutie little studio, definitely will return! Jen was welcoming and made a point of learning names which I appreciate. Great class, well balanced, exactly what I needed! I prefer if an instructor gives the name of the exercise before she starts cueing movements, it works for my brain so that I can get into it quicker if I know it and adjust my springs if I feel I need more or less before we get into it. Can’t wait to try out their mat classes too!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first class at this studio and in Florida and it was awesome! I was surprised not to see any mirrors in there but it’s actually amazing not having a mirror! There’s tvs that prompt what the next exercise is so you’re never lost in a class. Seriously so friendly and awesome!
