She was great at taking the class through each exercise, even a complete newbie would be able to follow along AND it was really challenging and hard (she included modifications) so all stages of experience could attend and get in a GREAT workout!!

すべてのレビューを表示This studio is awesome. The class sizes aren’t massive so you get a more intimate experience. Everyone in the class is very welcoming and offered to help me set up my equipment when the realized it was my first time taking the cardio class. The instructor (Starr) was also very welcoming, planned a challenging workout that was fun, and helped me mid class when I accidentally unfastened my jump board. Highly recommended this studio and Starr’s Cardio Sculpt 1.0 class if you want a fun workout, with good people, in an intimate space.
