Susan taught a great flow and I never knew where we were going next, which really got me out of head and on my mat. Really enjoyed the warm up, we stretched our chest and back very well and then it heated up mid session. After, there was a treat of a 15 minute meditation, I walked out a new person! 🧘♀️ I will be back for sure! Studio was very cute, clean and inviting!

If you’re looking for a very intense, shaking, hard class GO HERE! I get such a good burn! All of their instructors are pretty consistent with high intensity. 🤪 Plus, the place is super cute!!

Everyone there was so welcoming and encouraging and I am planning to attend as often as I can. I never have this much energy or feel this great on a Tuesday night lol. Cannot recommend enough!

My hair came out looking PERFECT! It was exactly what I showed her I wanted and she went above and beyond to make sure of that. On top of that, the salon was super clean, and quiet with great music.
