すべてのレビューを表示Kennedy was an amazing instructor I was visiting from Cali and in need of a little mind reset and I got that and more. I had al says been intimidated by hot yoga but decided to give it a shot today and am so happy I did she guided us through that entire way showing us with her own body in case we needed reference, hyped us up and had a god playlist corresponding to movements throughout. Really enjoyed this class! Thanks lady!

すべてのレビューを表示I haven’t practiced yoga seriously in years, so I felt very nervous coming in to my first class here. It can be intimidating not knowing what to expect from the class or the people who attend. The atmosphere was very calm, and I never once felt like I was not welcomed or couldn’t keep up. The music + flow class is perfect for those stepping back into their practice & those just beginning. I can’t wait to come back for another class and am seriously considering a membership <3
