The instructors made it really interactive, so it never felt intimidating, even as a beginner. Definitely a great way to learn, move, and meet new people. Can’t wait to go back!

That said, this was a really fun, high energy class that will give you a taste of dance trance, and help you decide if dance fitness is right for you. I know it is for me and I will be back for the dance trance 101 class tonight!

From my very first class, I felt welcomed and encouraged, and it quickly turned into something I genuinely look forward to every week. The instructor creates a fun, supportive environment, and the community here is incredible. everyone is friendly, uplifting, and just happy to dance.
