すべてのレビューを表示Erica was amazing! The class wasn’t full so she really took her time teaching us how to do specific moves and foundational techniques within those moves. This is my third class and I really feel like the instruction she gave made things made certain aspects like climbing much easier to understand and implement. Every instructor is great! And to their credit I’ve never been to a class that wasn’t full.

すべてのレビューを表示I have enjoyed all of the classes I’ve taken at NOVA so far! This was my first advanced beginner ballet class and first class with Aubrey. I appreciated her demeanor, knowledgeable instruction, and the combinations done at the barre and across the floor. The space is clean, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing!

My first time meeting her was like catching up with an old friend which made me feel so comfortable and confident in the studio! I took the Weights & Yoga Sculpt class and it was hands down the best workout class I’ve ever taken! It pushed me and targeted so many muscle groups with modifications to assist with any injuries, as well, as options to challenge yourself further with additional weights. The infrared heating at the end with yoga and stretching was the perfect way to end the workout and start my day with great intentions! I will most definitely be taking this class every Saturday morning!
