Erin’s constant encouragement, opportunities for challenge and genuine love of the yoga flow is so inspiring and that is what keeps me coming back every Monday evening!! I cannot recommend this studio enough and with every class time + instructor you will be welcomed with joy and positivity!

Jenna is so patient with the students and if you have any questions about the combo she’ll go over it a million times if she has to, with music and both sides. She’ll sometimes add in a new move or jump that I haven’t tried in years as a returning dancer or never done but it’s ok to try new things, NOVA is a space kind and not judgmental.

The instructors made it really interactive, so it never felt intimidating, even as a beginner. Definitely a great way to learn, move, and meet new people. Can’t wait to go back!

From my very first class, I felt welcomed and encouraged, and it quickly turned into something I genuinely look forward to every week. The instructor creates a fun, supportive environment, and the community here is incredible. everyone is friendly, uplifting, and just happy to dance. すべてのレビューを表示For my first time doing a class involving any kind of vigorous movement or choreography in 17 years (and honestly, the first time I've danced at all in a couple, probably), I had a great time. Everyone there was so welcoming and encouraging and I am planning to attend as often as I can. I never have this much energy or feel this great on a Tuesday night lol. Cannot recommend enough!
