My first time meeting her was like catching up with an old friend which made me feel so comfortable and confident in the studio! I took the Weights & Yoga Sculpt class and it was hands down the best workout class I’ve ever taken! It pushed me and targeted so many muscle groups with modifications to assist with any injuries, as well, as options to challenge yourself further with additional weights. The infrared heating at the end with yoga and stretching was the perfect way to end the workout and start my day with great intentions! I will most definitely be taking this class every Saturday morning!
