すべてのレビューを表示Taking a class with Jessica is pure sunshine. She is my playlist bestie everything she plays makes for a fun, motivating workout. I enjoy her taking the time to explain the breath as it pertains to the movement. Her gentle reminders feel like a hand up towards your best workout experience. If you haven’t yet do yourself a favor and take class with her. All of the peaches are great, they make me feel welcome and included.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time ever on a hoop and, with the instructor’s guidance and motivation, I was able to complete an entire routine by the end of class! It was so fun and I’m very happy with the amount of moves that were included for a beginner session. I also appreciate we were encouraged and given time to record the results, as I’d love to remember it and share it with others. Great vibes from the instructor as well!

すべてのレビューを表示So much fun! I 💜 BTS so I immediately signed up when I saw it. The teacher is funny, has great energy and is very welcoming. This was my 4th class here and I will say as someone with zero dance experience, the K-pop dance classes are not for beginners. I’ll stick to the beginner classes but would love to one day be able to comfortably take the K-pop ones!

すべてのレビューを表示I went to body pump by accident because ClassPass had the incorrect schedule. Also, make sure you go to Garden Grove as Anaheim doesn’t have classes. However, body pump was fun and the other ladies were supportive. The instructor was encouraging.

Heads up that the Monday class is labeled as Beginning/Int, but it definitely leans more towards intermediate. All levels of dancers attend this class, but I would not recommend it to total beginners. If you are looking to return to ballet as an adult after many years away from it, this is a great place to restart your journey :)

I have tight hips and working through a strained hamstring and she provided guidance and tips to help open them up. The space is also warm and inviting, would def recommend giving it a try!

すべてのレビューを表示It was my first time trying poms and I have limited dance class experience. It was so fun and lively! We ran through an entire routine to Womanizer by Britney Spears. Loved the song choice and big energy of the choreo. The instructor let the class decided when to start from the top and when to keep building on to the routine, which was appreciated. There were specific spots in the choreo where I’d get lost and would forget the next move and the instructor would run through it again, check in with me, and cue the next move. This helped me enjoy it regardless of my skill level. I especially appreciated that he encouraged us to grab our phones and record the full run through to leave class with a memory of the final product.
